I inspect the real systems and name the constraints in writing -- including when the client is not ready. The first technical win is scoped before any build is sold.

The handoff is explicit

Every sprint ends with a written scope, decision artifact, prototype, roadmap, or runbook that you can carry back into the broader client relationship.

No speculative roadmaps

How client data is handled

What I commit to in writing -- without overpromising.

Honest version. I am a single-practitioner consultancy. I do not carry SOC 2, E&O insurance, or claims I have not earned. These are the controls you can hold me to:

Mutual NDA on day one

Your fund's template, your client's template, or mine -- whichever you prefer. Signed before any system access.

Read-only by default

No writes to production systems unless explicit scope authorizes it in writing.

Single-practitioner access

No subcontractors, no offshoring, no rotating bench. One named person inside the data.

Engagement-scoped credentials

Provisioned at kickoff, revoked at handoff. No long-lived access tokens.

Engagement-end deletion

All exports, screenshots, and working files deleted within 7 days of sign-off.

Liability bounded to fees paid

Written into every SOW. Cap matches the engagement value, predictable risk shape.
